In 2025, Roger-Marc Nicoud transitioned the leadership of Ypso-Facto to his children, which allowed him to dedicate more time to Romafi, while still maintaining an active role in Ypso-Facto as a shareholder, strategic advisor, and provider of scientific and technical support.
